• No core charge upfront — saves time and paperwork.
• Core must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• If not returned within 30 days, a core charge will be applied to the original payment method.
• A prepaid UPS return label is included for your convenience.

Warranty Information

• 1 Year / 12,000 Miles (Parts Only)
• Warranty begins from the date of purchase.
• Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Process:

• Product must be returned for inspection before any claim is approved.
• No warranty determination will be made until the part is received and inspected.

Limitations:

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Improper installation (installer is responsible for verifying fitment before installation)
• Overheating, detonation, or pre-ignition damage
• Abuse, neglect, or misuse
• Incorrectly ordered parts or installation of wrong parts
• Any part that has been installed and later determined incorrect
• Racing or performance applications
• Commercial, industrial, or marine use
• Labor, towing, diagnostics, rental, or downtime costs
• Repairs performed without prior authorization

Cylinder Head Remanufacturing Process Includes:

All cylinder heads and connecting rods are remanufactured to the highest industry standards:

1.   Thorough cleaning (hot tank & media blasting)

2.   Crack inspection & pressure testing

3.   Valve guide service or replacement as needed

4.   Precision surfacing (PCD milling for proper sealing)

5.   Complete cleaning prior to assembly

6.   Assembly with new valve stem seals

7.   Installation of new freeze plugs

Note: Cam seals are not included.
